Beginner Tumbling

Beginner classes will introduce your athlete to the fundamentals of tumbling. Rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, and walkovers are some of the skills that tumblers will dive-roll into! We also start drills and technique training for moving backwards so fear and lack of confidence don’t become problems down the road for back handsprings and back tucks. This is a fun, high-energy class that introduces students to the sport.

Intermediate Tumbling

Intermediate classes will build on the skills introduced in beginner tumbling. This class will also focus on learning more advanced skills and putting them together. From back handsprings to back tucks and more, our athletes will explore tumbling on different surfaces: spring floor, tumble track, air mats, and dead mats. Come join our intermediate program to master old skills and learn new ones!

Intermediate/Advanced Tumbling

Intermediate/Advanced tumbling is our upper middle and high-school tumbling program. Athletes will stretch, condition, and flip into the next level of tumbling! From back handsprings to back tucks and twisting, our athletes will explore tumbling on different surfaces: spring floor, tumble track, air mats, and dead mats. Whether students are trying out for cheer, or building upon their love for the sport, they will get a strong, exciting workout!
