12:30pm-1:15pm: Level 2 Stunt Class (REQUIRED FOR ACA TEAM FLYERS)
1:15pm-2pm: Level 3 Stunt Class (REQUIRED FOR ACA TEAM FLYERS)
Classes start with a group stretch then move on to three separate groups that move through three or four stations. The stations include the hard floor, the spring floor, the trampoline and the air floor. All groups will spent time working tumbling fundamentals and body mechanics. After splitting up groups work front and back rolls, cart wheels, round offs, front and back walkovers. The intermediate and advance groups will continue moving through front and back hand springs, front and back tucks and flipping running tumbling passes as well as transitional front to back passes.
